Cocktail for a summers day :: The Peashooter


  • Pea shoot puree
  • 50g of Pea Shoots (1 bag)
  • 100ml cold water
  • To make a pea shoot puree, blend, in a liquidizer, the pea shoots with just enough water to make a puree.
  • Peashooter
  • 25ml Cointreau
  • 50ml pea shoot puree
  • 20ml  absinthe

Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and strain into a shot glass.
